The apartments are rented in top condition. They are fully furnished except for linen (see options). At the end of the rental period, the apartment should be left in an identical state. Final cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant (see options). These are non-smoking premises. If a persistent tobacco odour is detected, the cost of cleaning quilts, sofa covers and drapes will be deducted from the guaranty deposit.
Tenants are expected to be covered by  personal insurance (often included in their permanent home-insurance policy).
Unloading baggage in the courtyard of the Residence is permitted, but long-term parking is not allowed for tenants.
A detailed contract is issued for each rental period.
Payment : 30% upon reservation, balance payable on the day of arrival.  In case of short-term rentals, payment by check is not accepted unless check can be cashed 15  days prior to rental period. Therefore please make sure to have cash on hand. The guaranty check is not cashed and will be handed back at the end of stay, unless there is a problem. For non-residents, payment procedure to be handled differently.

For the HAVANE apartment on the 3rd floor, possibility of renting the maid's room
